The number of counselling sessions varies for each individual, although many clients have benefitted with a regular schedule. By doing so, clients can have their problems, issues and successes consistently
 re-evaluated to allow for a growth process and understanding that is best suited to the individual pace of the client’s needs. This can be discussed at the counselling session.

Partial or complete financial coverage may be available through extended Health Benefits or various organizations that recognize Professional Counsellors. As I am unable to direct bill, please contact your extended health benefits carrier to verify coverage.

Cancellation Policy

As this hour session has been provided for you, please give at minimum a 24-hour notice for any cancellation. In cases where notice is 24-hour notice is not possible, please call and leave a voicemail message or text rather than e-mail to ensure that the cancellation notice is acknowledged as soon as possible.

If you are unable to provide 24-hour notice, the full fee for the missed session will be charged. An exception applies to any situation that was unforeseeable and/or unavoidable due to accident or illness.
